VUE Pictures Refund Policy

At VUE Pictures, we are committed to delivering high-quality action photography and premium post-production to capture every defining moment. As a small business, we strive to provide the best service possible while maintaining fair policies. Please review our refund policy below:

Full Coverage Packages

If you are unsatisfied with the images due to lack of sufficient coverage or technical quality issues, you may request a refund.

  • Full refund will be granted if we completely fail to photograph your athlete or if over 50% of your album is unusable due to technical faults (e.g., significant motion blur, missed focus, severe underexposure).

  • 50% refund may be granted if we determine that coverage or quality issues exist (e.g., very limited usable shots, missed key moments, or minor camera malfunctions).

  • No refunds will be issued for reasons outside our control, including weather, meet schedule changes, or subjective preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the angle,” “I expected more dramatic lighting,” etc.).

Single Stroke Sessions

  • These sessions are customized to capture three exceptional highlight image in web size.

  • All sales are final due to the time-sensitive setup and low entry price.

  • A full refund will only be issued if:

    • The athlete was not photographed at all, or

    • The delivered image is technically unusable (e.g., completely out of focus, severely underexposed).

  • Minor aesthetic preferences (e.g., angle, expression) do not qualify for refunds.

Printed Products

  • All print sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
  • To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, with photo evidence of the damage.

General Terms

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@vuepictures.com within 7 days of image delivery for full coverage packages.
  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of VUE Pictures and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any chargeback initiated without following our refund process will result in the forfeiture of future service eligibility.
