Swim Meet Reservation- FAQ

IM - I want to reserve IM but I don’t see the option? 

IM is considered All Strokes. Please select All Strokes to ensure full coverage.

Shooting Fee - What does the shooting fee cover? 

The shooting fee secures coverage for your swimmer at meet. Digital album and print options are available for purchase after the album is released.

Refund - Is the shooting fee refundable? 

The shooting fee is refundable only if we miss your swimmer entirely, or your swimmer DNQ for finals.

If your swimmer is photographed, the fee is non-refundable. 

How many - What kind of photo will I be getting? 

It depends on your swimmer's schedule. Single-stroke reservations typically result in a few dozen images, while All Strokes reservations over entire meet often result in hundreds.

What can I buy after receiving the photo album?

Digital images are sold as an album, not individually. Individual prints are available and receive professional editing.

When will I receive the final album?

Delivered within 2 week after meet.

How do you find my swimmer?

You’ll complete a swimmer info form. We use that, along with heat sheets and Meet Mobile, to locate your swimmer.

How long do I have to purchase the Album?

Albums are available online viewing for 1 week (password protected). After that, the album is closed for security, but can be reopened upon email request for up to 3 weeks.
